Obituary

John Kenderdine, 70 of Doylestown, Pa passed away November 6, 2022. Son of the late Kenneth and Anna Kenderdine. Brother of Jean Goodman and Joyce Cicchino. John was a retired Solebury Township Police Officer of 33 ½ years.

John was also a life member of New Hope Eagle Fire Company and was Chief from 1981 to 1985.

After retirement from the Police Department John was heavily involved with the Boy Scouts and with the Central Bucks Police Explorers Post 5708.

John loved to travel especially Disney Word and Aruba and to share his love of travel with his grandchildren. John had a love for hunting.

John is survived by JoAnn Fretz, his beloved partner of 33 years, his son David (Dae), Stepdaughters Bridgette Snook (Joshua), Colette Fretz, his grandchildren Courtney Delarosa (Anibal), Victoria Kenderdine, David Jr., Danielle, Joshua Snook Jr and Tommy Fretz and his great grandson Elliot Delarosa and nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of John’s life will be held at the New Hope Eagle Fire Company 46 Sugan Road New Hope PA 18938 on Saturday, November 19, 2002, Beginning at 1:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Bucks County SPCA, Whitetails Unlimited or a charity of your choice.

Interment will be private.
