Virginia Mingle

Former Bensalem Resident of 78 years.

Virginia Lee Mingle (nee Adams), aged 83, formerly of Bensalem Township, passed peacefully away on Sunday, November 9th, 2025 surrounded by her family in Pickering Manor in Newtown.

Born in Bensalem on May 13th, 1942, Ginny resided there until 2018 when she moved into Pickering Manor in Newtown. Daughter of the late Thomas and Gladys Adams, she was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Richard Bruce Mingle in 2003. Loving sister of Thomas Adams (Jeanette) of Langhorne, PA and her goddaughter Jamie Pinto (Nick).

Ginny is survived by her loving daughters, Pamela Ann Socci (Michael) of Warrington, PA, and Michelle Lee Kubik (Gary) of Bensalem, PA. She will sadly be missed by her dearly loved grandchildren, Madison Edelman (Jason) of Yukon, Oklahoma, Morgan and Mackenzie Kubik of Bensalem, PA, and Michael Socci Jr. of Warrington, PA.

She was extremely delighted to welcome and meet her first and only great grandchild, Bellamy Tyler Edelman, born on November 7th, 2024 in Yukon, Oklahoma. She was blessed to have met him four times in his young life, and seemed overjoyed every time.

Ginny graduated from Bensalem High School in 1960. After graduation, she continued her love affair with her future husband, Dick, and got married on November 26th, 1960. From that moment on she was a devoted wife and homemaker. She raised two beautiful daughters and helped raise four loving grandchildren in that cozy little house on Ogden Avenue. The house that built them.

They built family, and she raised them. For nine of those years she was a full time stay at home mom-mom. For over 56 years, she was mom-mom. Until recently, when she became the new mom-mom-mom. Along with grandmothering, Ginny was an avid reader, a lover of crossword puzzles, and a serious letter writer and note-taker. She could give you details of every rest stop from here to Myrtle Beach.

Our family would like to express our sincere appreciation to the Personal Care team at Pickering Manor for their care, support and love for our mom. And we would also like to thank Serenity Hospice for their care and guidance through this difficult time.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 10 am until 11 am with services beginning at 11 am at the Faust Funeral Home, 902 Bellevue Ave., Hulmeville PA 19047. Interment will immediately follow at Sunset Memorial Park,333 County Line Rd., Southampton, PA 19006.
