Sarah April Del Grosso

    Sarah born and raised in Point Pleasant by her Mom than her Grandmother. Later in life she moved to Pennsylvania. 

Sarah was intelligent independent and determined. She graduated from Rider college, pursued her dream of becoming a journalist and wrote for several magazines. She later started her own dog sitting business and made homemade dog treats combining her entrepreneurial spirit with her tremendous love for animals. Her accomplishments reflected her  determination.

   Sarah married her high school sweetheart Nick Del Grosso and although their marriage eventually ended they remained friends.  She later shared 2 years with her boyfriend Mark who she loved and who was an important part of her life. She loved spending time with friends, her dogs Jamo and Luke and and also her birds. 

  Sarah and her family lost their mother at a young age. Although Sarah never had the opportunity to know her mother she carried so much of her spirit and personality. Like her mom she had a natural desire to help people and animals and to make their lives better. 

  To her big brother, she was his baby sister someone he loved more than anything in this world. No words can describe the heartbreak of losing her so young or the emptiness her absence leaves behind.

  The love Sarah gave in this life will never be forgotten. Rest peacefully Sarah.  Your Loved beyond measure and always will be, you will forever be my baby sister. Love you Sarah. 

We will be having a celebration of life in the Spring thanks to everyone who loved my sister.
