Robert J. Skalski

Robert John Skalski, 64, passed away March 8th following a year-long struggle with ALS. He was a resident of Warrington, PA. He is survived by his loving partner Angela Stanert, father Leon, and son William Stanert (Breanne), grandchildren Margaret and William, and his extended loving family. He was predeceased by his mother Barbara (Worthington) Skalski . He worked as a machine operator until his retirement in March of 2025. He had a passion for adventure and he loved the outdoors. He was a motorcycle riding and boating enthusiast, enjoyed hunting and fishing, and annual family vacations to the New Jersey Shore. He took pride in caring for his home and his pool, and loved family barbeques by the pool. There wasn’t anything he couldn’t fix, and he was always willing to assist others. The family would like to thank his compassionate caregiving team, especially Douglas and Bernadette Brace, his longtime best friend and wife.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in his memory be sent to ALS United Mid-Atlantic 1015 Virginia Drive, Suite 110 Fort Washington, PA 19034.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
