Robert E. Bair

Robert Edward Bair, 77, of Warminster, PA, has passed away on July 15, 2026. Born on July 11, 1949, in Blairstown, NJ, he grew up with a reverence of nature that fostered a love of all things outdoors. From hiking passages of the Appalachian Trail to scuba diving in the Caribbean, his sense of adventure only grew as the years passed. Robert dedicated many years to his work as a software engineer (or “rocket scientist” in the words of his grandson) at Lockheed Martin, where he was respected for his precision and expertise. His personal life was filled with joy from hobbies such as woodworking, gardening, hiking, and traveling, each of which showed his love for both nature and adventure.

Bob was an active member of Keystone Montgomeryville Church, and his faith guided all aspects of his life. The peace he found in the Lord was evident to those close to him. One of Bob’s deepest desires was to spread the Gospel through outreach and heartfelt conversations with everyone from family members to perfect strangers.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Joanne Bair; daughters, Amanda Bair and Melissa Mazzucco; sons, Nick and Merv Hong; daughter-in-law, Katy Hong; son-in-law, Frank Mazzucco; brother, James Bair; niece, Lisa Elam; nephew, Matthew Bair; grandson, Matthew Mazzucco; and granddaughter, Malia Hong. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Doris C Bair and Edward H Bair.

Bob's life was one of vibrant engagement with the world around him, marked by a deep commitment to his family and his faith. His presence will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.
