Linda Ann Mullin, née Coffey, of Warminster, PA passed away peacefully in the presence of loved ones on June 18th, 2026 at the age of 78.
Born on August 9th, 1947, she was the daughter of James and Ilda Coffey. After graduating from Cardinal Dougherty High School, Linda went on to have a career at Verizon as a dispatcher.
She is remembered with much love for her warmth, her accepting and generous nature, and her open and curious heart. Even in the midst of hard times, Linda always wanted to know what was happening in the lives of her people, and she was an exceptionally good listener. She was also funny, and at times, comically calamitous, often laughing with others as they recalled her stories of mishap.
Her sweet demeanor notwithstanding, Linda was solid in her values, and she stood up for what she believed. She wanted to make the world a safer place for others, and especially later in life, she did this by writing to politicians, giving to charities, canvassing, and demonstrating.
Linda loved her daughters, her extended family, and her friends. As an only child, Linda's cousins and extended family were very important to her. This is also true of her friends, many of whom were life-long, beginning in her childhood in the "Swamp Poodle" neighborhood in North Philadelphia.
Linda also loved the Phillies, the Jersey shore, doo-wop, and dancing.
She is survived by her daughters, Jill Mullin and Dana Mullin, and her son-in-law David Corey.
Family and friends will be greeted on July 9, 2026 from 10:30 am until Mass begins at 11:30 am at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 1795 Columbia Ave. Warrington PA 18976. Interment will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Linda's favorite charity, the Southern Poverty Law Center.
