Let it be known that as of March 20, 2026, Guy Grantham Graham went to his heavenly eternal resting place, following his life that began on July 4, 1929, in DuBois Pa. He spent his early years in Kane, Pa for a short period of time and Dubois, Pa. prior to moving to Doylestown in 1958. Guy was the son of Grant George and Minnie Vienna Mottern Graham who preceded him in death. His brother Grant and sister-in-law Ollie Graham also preceded him in death.
Guy was involved in the G. G. Graham family business in Dubois, with his parents and brother, dealing in gasoline products at the G. G. Graham Mercury dealership, with an interruption in the business to serve in the United States Military with a tour of duty in the European theater of operations during the Korean War. After his tour of duty in the armed services, he decided to change careers. Guy was a graduate of the Sandy Township School system in Dubois, and Lock Haven State University. While studying education at Lock Haven University he was introduced to his future wife, Patricia C. Leis. He also pursued graduate studies at Lehigh University and Penn State University. During his 38 years in education, he spent time at Central Bucks School District and Council Rock School District teaching Social Studies and Drivers Education. He also taught drivers training at The Solebury School and The George School before retirement in 1996.
He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Patricia C. Leis Graham and four children Gina G. Marks and her husband David, Gregg G. Graham and his wife Sharon, Gavin G. Graham, and Gwyn G. Robinson (Mark Robinson), along with 7 grandchildren, Michael Graham (Chanel Arnette), Geremy Graham, Devon Graham (Alex Kratch), Morgan Marks (Josh Granger), Montana Marks Fenske (Raja Fenske), Anna Robinson (Derek Reeser), Mary Robinson (Matthew Bortolotti), and 3 great grandchildren Lila Graham, Keya Graham, and Whit Granger.
His wife Patricia, who for many years was employed in the travel industry, organized their many ventures that took them to Europe, The Americas, Canada, and throughout the United States relaying many tales of their traveling experiences together.
Guy is known for his jovial laugh and positive outlook on life. Always pointing out the good in a person and commenting “well, make the best of it bupper” if the situation was looking dim. He is known for his creative conversation starters which at times left you wondering if he was serious or joking, but it always left you with a smile on your face. His favorite pastime was family gatherings and spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Interment will be privately held at Washingtons Crossing National Cemetery. A memorial service with reception following will be held at Calvary Chapel Central Bucks Chalfont at 11 am on Thursday April 2nd, 2026, where he and his wife Patricia attended worship services for more than 20 years. Guy requests that in lieu of flowers, the individual should treat oneself to cake and ice cream in his remembrance as he loved his sweets.
